Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to or using our services. Accessing the website or subscribing to the service constitutes your agreement to all the following terms.
Service Overview
- Halapeno Studio provides unlimited graphic design through a fixed monthly or annual subscription.
- Clients may submit unlimited design requests and revisions, subject to the number of active requests included in their selected plan.
- The service covers a range of graphic design work, including logos, visual identities, company profiles, posters, advertising designs, and more.
Subscriptions & Payment
- The subscription and platform access begin on the date the subscription payment is transferred.
- Subscription fees are paid in advance, monthly or annually, according to the selected plan.
- If a request is in progress when the subscription expires, the client will be notified and the service will be extended by an additional 24 hours to complete that request.
- If prices change, the client may retain their previous price by renewing within seven (7) days of their subscription’s expiry. Renewals after this period will be charged at the newly applicable price.
Active Requests
- An active request is an open request currently being worked on by our team. The number of active requests varies by plan.
- A new request from the queue begins once an active request is closed and a slot becomes available under the selected plan.
- One active request means one clearly defined design task. Multiple or independent items are counted as separate requests.
- Halapeno Studio is not obliged to complete requests remaining in the queue after the subscription expires. Completing those requests requires renewal.
- All requests and revisions must be submitted through the platform. Requests sent by email, WhatsApp, or any other external channel are not accepted.
Queue
- Clients may add an unlimited number of requests to the queue through their dashboard.
- Queued requests are not worked on immediately. They are completed in order: when an active request is closed, the next queued request automatically moves into production.
Revisions & Changes
- Clients may request unlimited revisions and changes during their subscription period.
- Revisions are handled through the platform’s request management process.
Delivery Timelines
- Halapeno Studio provides a list of services and their estimated completion times. View the service timeline (PDF, Arabic).
- These times are approximate, non-binding estimates. Delivery depends on the clarity of the request, the number of revisions, and the availability of supporting materials, such as brand guidelines and relevant files.
- Services are provided on official working days, Sunday to Thursday.
- Weekends (Friday and Saturday) and official public holidays in Saudi Arabia, including Eid holidays and National Day, are excluded from delivery timelines.
- Subscriptions continue during holidays, with no extension or compensation arising from these periods.
- Our team makes every effort to deliver work to the highest quality in the shortest possible time.
Intellectual Property
- All designs delivered to the client become the client’s property once payment is complete.
- Halapeno Studio reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio or for marketing purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Acceptable Use
- The service must not be used to design content that violates the laws of Saudi Arabia, prevailing customs, or ethical values.
- Halapeno Studio reserves the right to reject any design request that conflicts with this policy.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Clients may choose not to renew if they no longer wish to continue the service.
- Clients are entitled to a refund of subscription fees within 7 days of the payment transfer, provided that no request has been submitted during that period.
- Clients may cancel an annual subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the period used will be charged at the monthly rate, and any discounts, benefits, or costs will be deducted from the remaining balance.
Limitation of Liability
- Halapeno Studio makes every effort to provide high-quality service with suitable turnaround times.
- Clients are responsible for providing all required content, including text, barcodes, information, logos, die-cut templates, and necessary files, and for ensuring that this information is fully accurate.
- Halapeno Studio is not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from use of the service or reliance on designs produced through it. Clients alone are responsible for how designs are used and any resulting outcomes.
- Halapeno Studio is not responsible for final printing results, including colour variations, print quality, or errors caused by the printer or files supplied by the client.
Changes to These Terms
- Halapeno Studio may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes by email or through the platform.
